Terms, privacy and refunds

Plain-language summary. This is a starting template, not legal advice. The shop owner should have a lawyer review it for their country before launch.

Terms of use

What we sell. A one-time Studio Pass (Minecraft, Roblox, or both) that unlocks every tool in our design Studio, saving, downloading your Minecraft skin or Roblox clothing image files, and matching Discord banner and profile pictures. You can try a limited demo for free.

Who can buy. You must be 13 or older to make your own account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must create the account and agree to these terms for you.

Your designs. You own the designs you create. You promise they do not copy anyone else's artwork, trademarked characters or logos, and contain nothing hateful, sexual, or that impersonates a real person. We may remove designs that break this rule and may close accounts that repeatedly do.

Not official. We are an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Roblox Corporation or Discord. Minecraft, Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their owners.

Roblox fees and rules. Uploading clothing to Roblox is done by you in your own Roblox account, costs Robux set by Roblox, and is subject to Roblox's review and rules. We cannot promise Roblox will approve an item. Test your file in Roblox Studio before you pay Roblox to upload it.

Minecraft. Skin files work with Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions. Where and how a skin is shown depends on the game and server.

Availability. We try to keep the site running but cannot promise it will never be down.

Privacy

What we collect. Your display name, email address, a scrambled (hashed) password, the designs you save, and your order history. That is all.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Cookies and storage. One sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. Your browser also stores your unsaved design draft and your light or dark choice on your own device. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who sees it. Only the shop owner, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell or share your data. Designs are private unless you turn on sharing, and then anyone with the link can view (not download) that design.

Kids. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. If you think a child under 13 has an account without permission, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices. Ask us at our contact email to see, fix or delete your data. We will do it within 30 days.

Refunds

Studio Pass. If the Studio does not work as described, email us within 7 days of buying and we will fix it or refund you. Because the demo is free, we cannot refund a change of mind after you have downloaded a file. A refunded pass is switched off.

How. Email our contact email with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
